Tiffany Latham

While assisting Coach (Eric) Homansky with students who needed extra support during Way2Play, I shared my desire to help more children. I wanted to create a camp experience for children without the social pressure, and he quickly supported the idea; hence, this camp was launched.

I have over ten years of experience as a program director, over five years of special education experience, and over fifteen years in childcare. Currently, I am studying to become a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT). In addition, I am on track to graduate with a bachelor’s degree in business.

I am a mother of two teenagers, Payson and Brayden; and I have three siblings, two of which have special needs. We have a rescue dogs- Ellie and Bailee (who’s hearing impaired), a bunny rabbit named Tommie, and I love all things dealing with helping children.

I partnered with Ms. Burke because of her passion and years of experience doing summer camps with children with disabilities. We share common passions for special education and want our children to feel accepted and understood. Not only do we want to help children with Autism, but also help the world see who they really are. Thank you for helping us complete our puzzle!

Stephanie Burke

Hello, I’m Stephanie Burke. I grew up in New Hampshire where I discovered my passion for Special Education through inclusive classrooms and programs within my own elementary schooling. I went to college in North Carolina where I achieved my degree in Adaptive Special Education and a minor in Applied Behavior Analysis. My partner, Troy, and I settled in Atlanta about 3 years ago where I continued teaching. I am currently teaching a Kinder-2nd Autism classroom in Cobb County. Teaching is where I met and made great connections with Eric Homansky (Way2Play) and Tiffany Latham. While recognizing a shortage of programs in the community for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Tiffany and I decided to create Way2Play Together. My goal in our journey is to support families, advocate for our kids in our schools and community, and to provide a genuinely fun camp experience that all kids should have the opportunity to participate in.

Our Team

We would not be able to achieve great things without the kind-hearted people that come out and help us.

We’d like to give special thanks to Coach Libby, Coach Mackenzie (not pictured), Coach Kendrick, Coach Ahern (not pictured), Coach Daniel (not pictured), Coach Davis (not pictured), Coach Stephanie Sams and my two children who are working to be future coaches- Payson and Brayden. We love and appreciate you all!
